AMBER TRAINING ADVISORY & SUPPORT SERVICES

The NVQs in Health and Social Care, available at levels 2, 3 and 4, are aimed at individuals working with either older people or children and young people in essential care environments, day care settings or palliative care. They are also suitable for those working with people with learning disabilities or challenging behaviour,well as those in more supervisory positions with greater autonomy and authority. Progression routes and career opportunities for individuals employed in this sector include Registered Manager roles and nursing.
